The correct use and maintenance of mining wire rope is not only related to the safety of vertical shaft and lifting equipment, but also can prolong the service life of mining wire rope. Therefore, when using and maintaining mining wire rope, we must abide by the provisions in the regulations:

1. Use and storage of mine hoisting wire rope

The new rope shall be checked and accepted by the inspection unit, and shall be properly kept after passing the inspection to prevent damage and corrosion.

The original data of each roll of wire rope must be kept intact.

For those kept for more than 1 year, another inspection must be carried out before hanging, and they can only be used after passing the inspection.

2. Provisions on the number of winding layers and the fixing of the rope head of the wire rope for mining on the drum

① The number of wire rope layers wound on the drum of various hoisting devices is strictly prohibited to exceed the following regulations:

1 floor for lifting personnel or lifting personnel and lifting materials in the vertical shaft; 2 floors for lifting materials.

Lifting personnel or lifting personnel and lifting materials in inclined shaft, 2 floors; Lifting materials, 3 floors.

During the construction of the well lifting personnel and materials, 2 layers.

For existing winches in use in production mines, if the drum is equipped with transition rope wedges, the drum strength meets the requirements and the drum edge height meets the requirements of Article 2 below, the number of layers specified in this article can be increased by 1 layer.

Multi-layer winding is permitted for mobile or auxiliary lifting materials (including gangue and lifting to overpass, etc.) and for lifting materials during sinking.

When winding 2 or more layers of wire rope on the drum, the following requirements must be met:

The height of the drum edge above the outermost layer of steel wire rope shall be at least 2.5 times the diameter of the steel wire rope.

The drum must be provided with a pad with rope groove.

The critical section (equivalent to 1/4 of the length of the rope ring) from the lower layer to the upper layer of the mine wire rope must be checked frequently, and the wire rope should be moved to 1/4 of the rope ring position every quarter.

For the existing in-service winch without rope groove liner, as long as the rope groove is carved on the drum plate or 1 layer of steel wire rope is used as the bottom rope, it can continue to be used.

③ When the rope head of the steel wire rope is fixed on the drum, the following requirements shall be met:

There must be a special rope containing or rope clamping device, and it is strictly forbidden to tie it on the drum shaft.

The rope hole shall not have sharp edges, and the bending of the wire rope shall not form an acute angle.

3 loops of rope shall be regularly wrapped around the drum to reduce the tension at the fixed place, and supplementary rope for regular inspection must be reserved.

3. There are provisions for the use of wire rope joints

① Wire ropes with joints can only be used in horizontal roadway transportation equipment, winches for lifting materials in inclined shaft Secondary specialized school below 30 ', and inclined roadway overhead passenger devices.

② The plug-in length of the wire rope used in the inclined shaft shall not be less than 1000 times the diameter of the wire rope.

4. The service life of mining wire rope

The service life of the friction wheel lifting wire rope shall not exceed 2 years, and the service life of the balance wire rope shall not exceed 4 years. If the broken wire, diameter reduction and corrosion degree of the wire rope shall not exceed the provisions of the Regulations, it can continue to be used, but shall not exceed 1 year.

5. Maintenance of mine wire rope

The main lifting device must be equipped with qualified spare wire rope. The wire rope in use shall be oiled at least once a month according to the roadway conditions and corrosion. The hoisting wire rope of the friction wheel hoisting device shall only be coated or soaked with special wire rope oil (to increase grinding grease); however, the wire rope that does not bypass the friction wheel must be coated with anti-corrosion oil.

The maintenance of other aspects of mine wire rope can not be ignored, such as the new rope test, should be stored in the light, rain, dry shed, the lower part of the square wood pad, so that the outer wire rope from the ground not less than 0.2m, so as to avoid moisture. After storage, it shall be inspected once a year before the rainy season. If rust is found, it shall be unrolled for detailed inspection and oiled. Avoid contact with the ground during handling. Do not use iron rod to pry the rope when moving. When loading and hoisting the winding rope, do not directly hang it on the wire rope. When unloading, do not push it down from the car.

6. Mine wire rope inspection and inspection

(1) Inspection of hoisting wire rope

① The hoisting wire rope and the tank road rope must be inspected once a day, and the balance wire rope, the brake rope of the fall arrester (including the buffer rope) and the shaft suspension wire rope must be inspected at least once a week. -The section that is easy to be damaged and has more broken wires or rust shall be stopped for detailed inspection. The protruding part of broken wire shall be cut off during inspection, and the inspection results shall be recorded in the wire rope inspection record book.

② All kinds of twisted wire rope must be replaced when the ratio of the broken area of the broken wire to the total cross-sectional area of the steel wire within 1 lay length reaches the following values:

The steel wire rope used by lifting personnel or lifting personnel and material department is 5%.

For steel wire rope, balance steel wire rope and brake rope (including buffer rope) of anti-falling device specially used for lifting materials, 10%.

15% for tank road wire rope.

25% for overhead passenger devices, wire ropes for endless rope transportation and wire rope traction belt conveyors for material transportation.

③ When the diameter reduction calculated based on the nominal diameter of the mine wire rope reaches the following values, it must be replaced:

10% for hoisting wire rope or brake wire rope.

15% for tank road wire rope.

When the sealing wire rope is used, the wear amount of the outer steel wire thickness reaches 50%.

④ Due to the large water drenching, high pH and poor working environment in the coal mine, the steel wire rope will change color, rust and pitting after a period of time, the tensile strength of the steel wire rope will be reduced, and the safety factor of the steel wire rope is difficult to meet the provisions of the Regulations. Therefore, when the steel wire of the mining steel wire rope has damage such as blackening, rust, pitting and pitting, it shall not be used as lifting personnel.

When the steel wire rope is seriously rusted, or pitting pits form grooves, or the outer steel wire is loose, no matter how many broken wires or whether the rope diameter changes, it must be replaced immediately.

⑤ When the mining steel wire rope is subjected to violent pulling force such as tank jam and sudden parking during operation, a large braking deceleration will be generated, which may cause serious distortion or deformation of the steel wire rope, increase of broken wires, and plastic deformation to cause local thinning or length elongation of the steel wire rope. The mechanical properties of the mining steel wire rope will drop sharply. At this time, the steel wire rope must be stopped for inspection immediately. If one of the following conditions is found, the stressed section must be cut off or the whole rope must be replaced:

The wire rope is severely twisted or deformed.

The broken wire exceeds the provisions of Article ② above.

The diameter reduction exceeds that specified in Clause 3 above.

The length of the section subjected to severe tension is extended by more than 0.5.

During the use of mine wire rope, the number of broken wires suddenly increases or the elongation suddenly accelerates, and it must be replaced immediately.

(2) Inspection of steel wire rope

① The inspection before the suspension of the new mine wire rope and the regular inspection of the in-use rope must be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:

Inspection before the new rope is suspended: three kinds of tests must be carried out on each mining steel wire, such as breaking, bending and twisting, and the test results shall be calculated and judged according to the nominal diameter. When the ratio of the cross-sectional area of unqualified steel wire to the total cross-sectional area of steel wire reaches 6%, it shall not be used as lifting personnel; When it reaches 10%, it shall not be used as lifting material.

Periodic inspection of ropes in use: only two tests of breaking and bending of each steel wire can be carried out, and the test results are still calculated and judged according to the nominal diameter. When the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the unqualified steel wire to the total cross-sectional area of the steel wire reaches 25%, the steel wire rope must be replaced. If the safety factor calculated based on the sum of the tensile force of the qualified steel wire is lower than the specified (less than 7 for lifting personnel.

Mine wire rope for lifting personnel and materials: less than 7 when lifting personnel; less than 6 when lifting materials. When the steel wire rope specially used for lifting materials and hanging suspension plate is less than 5), the mine steel wire rope must be replaced.

② The inspection of hoisting wire rope shall be carried out with qualified equipment and methods, and the inspection period is as follows:

The steel wire rope used for lifting personnel or lifting personnel and materials shall be inspected every 6 months from the time of suspension, and the steel wire rope for hanging the hanging plate shall be inspected every 12 months.

The wire rope used for lifting materials shall be inspected for the first time 12 months from the suspension, and then every 6 months.

Wire ropes for friction wheel winches, balance wire ropes, and wire ropes with a diameter of 181nlTl and below for lifting materials (except for vertical shaft lifting ropes) are not subject to this restriction.
